APPLICATION
The number of participants is limited to 55.
Participants will be given the opportunity to present a poster on their work.
All participants should apply before the 15th of May. The application form requires a short CV. The CV should include a short description of the research topic, as well as the name and contact details of two references. A selection of the participants will be done by the organizers.

REGISTRATION
Registration will open after the notification of acceptance are sent.
Registration fees cover meals and accomodation.
Participants employed by the CNRS do not have to pay registration fees. Participants belonging to the Cluster of Excellence ct.qmat can be founded by ct.qmat for their travel and registration fees.
Registration fees: 550 € for PhD students and post-docs / 825 € for permanent researchers.
Registrations fees can be paid by bank card or bank transfer.
